This notice explains what information Debugify AI collects through this website (debugifyai.com) and the early-access form, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. The Debugify AI app will have its own privacy policy before it opens to users.

Who we are

What we collect

• Early-access request: the details you type into the form, such as your name, email address and, if you choose to tell us, your role or how you'd use Debugify AI.
• Website analytics, only if you allow it: how you use this site, such as pages viewed, approximate location (country or city), device and browser type. This uses Google Analytics cookies.
• Technical logs: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

We don't ask for passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information on this website.

Why we use it

• To invite you to the closed beta and tell you when Debugify AI launches.
• If you allow analytics, to understand which parts of the site are useful and improve it.
• To keep the site running and secure.

We use your early-access details only with your consent, which you give by sending the form. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

• Google hosts the early-access form (Google Forms) and, if you allow it, provides Google Analytics.
• Cloudflare hosts and protects this website.

These providers may process information on servers outside India.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies unless you choose “Allow analytics” in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page.

How long we keep it

We keep early-access requests until we've sent beta and launch invitations, and delete them no later than [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 12 months after public launch], or sooner if you ask. Analytics data is kept for the period set in Google Analytics, currently [ANALYTICS RETENTION, e.g. 14 months].

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

• ask what information we hold about you and how we use it;
• ask us to correct, complete, update or delete it;
• withdraw your consent at any time, after which we'll stop using your information and delete it;
• nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you're unable to;
• raise a complaint with us, and if we don't resolve it, with the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This website and the beta are meant for people aged 18 or over. Please don't send the form if you're under 18.

Changes
